Empire Today was founded in 1959 and before long they started carrying carpets and of a sudden a carpet guy, Lynn Hauldren, started working on his Empire Today account in 1977, which his first commercial featuring himself was in 1979. The first Empire Today commercials appeared that year.

Hauldren started putting Bissel shampooers in 1979 to 2003. Before long Hauldren stopped putting himself in the Empire Today commercials in 2004, which he announced all Empire Today commercials today, so he is started to announce in the Empire Today commercials.

"800-588-2300, Empire!" That's what they sing after every commercial, but Hauldren putted himself as a computer-animated character saying "Today!" after singing the number and singing "Empire!". Hauldren is a tiny-looking character in the commercials right now.

Carpet, Hardwood, Laminate, Ceramic Flooring, Bath Liners, Window Treatments
Empire was putting carpet inside for a long time, so Empire thinks we can put new things, bath liners and window treatments. The bath liners and window treatments came out in Empire Today in 2007. In 1979, carpeting for Empire Today came out. (With Hardwood, Laminate, and Ceramic Flooring also came out in 2007.)

Why did Empire Today give out Bath Liners and Window Treatments?
Well, Empire Today was thinking about bath liners and window treatments for a long time, so everyone in Empire Today could start putting in bath liners a.k.a. shower liners, Empire thought we could start putting in window treatments, everything is going on, and has 72 hour delivery.

How did you come up with Empire Today?
Well, decided in 1959, we thought we put up Empire Today because the owners of the company love delivering carpeting for a long time, so we thought we could put in a 72 hour delivery, 6.95 a yard, etc. According to our other carpeting, Empire Today delivers carpeting for less!
